Bishop Stuart University student found dead in hostel

Bishop Stuart University was on Wednesday thrown into shock following the the discovery of one of their students who was found dead in her hostel room.

The student, identified as Namara Comfort was pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Without any leads what could have been the cause of death, the University via their official X-handle regretted the demise of their student.

“We regret to announce the demise of our dear student, Namara Comfort, who was pursuing a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management” the University posted on their official X-handle.

Their statement adds that “Our thoughts are with her family, friends, classmates and all who knew her. May her soul rest in eternal peace”.

The University also organized a funeral service to bid her farewell will at the University’s Main Campus in Mbarara City.
